Interior seems run down. Fan in bathroom is very loud and you can’t turn it off. Walls are thin and I could hear banging doors all night. When I tried to cancel my remaining two nights , staff gave me the run around and were not helpful at all.

The bathroom door would not lock, the shower had mildew in it, rust at the bottom of the doorway, shower had extremely little water with poor pressure, sink drain was extremely slow to drain. Beach view was great. Pool hours were inconsistent with the listing. Hot tub wasn’t working. We enjoyed our room, but not the two slow elevators. There was also a bit of a weird smell in our hallway.

The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were the best amenities, as were the lovely trails for walking and biking. The full kitchen was very handy, as we could fix snacks and breakfast in the unit. The bed was very comfortable!
