"It was super noisy (loudest music I ever experienced) by the nearby night clubs till 2:30am, with no sleep and waking up early to do excursion. I was super tired due to lack of sleep that I had to cut my paid tour activities."

"3 night booking. I arrived at about 9pm on the first night after a long and tiring journey, but my room was not ready. I had to wait about 30 minutes whilst staff went to get towels and soap, as well as a floor-standing fan - there was a fan already in the room but it was broken with the guard cover ..."
