Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at
This was the worst hotel my family has ever stayed at. We often travel throughout the world and stayed at this hotel during our Umrah trip. However it was the biggest mistake. To start they are extremely racist, they do not treat people of colour with respect and dignity and pretty much want to you leave the second you check in. The room is very very dirty and there is no one to clean it at all. Horrible overall service. It is very close to the Masjid, but you are better off staying somewhere else.

Do not book this place
One of the worst experiences I had in my life. Very poor customer service. The agent did not acknowledge the reservation that we had on the the hotel. He gave us hard time to find a solution for the problem. We called Hotels.com, the agent tried to call the Hotel several times and they did not bother themselves answering her calls. The front desk claimed that any reservation for customer who do not show till 6 pm get cancelled !!!!!!!!. Totally unprofessional way to deal with customers. It was one of worst experiences with a Hotel. I do not recommend booking at this place. Totally non reliable people.

The front desk staff DOES NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS ORBITZ. They could not find my fully paid reservation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS HOTEL.

4 twin beds for 4 guests, beds were a little too close together and there were no night stands. The room felt a bit too small for 4 adults. The fridge was also a bit too small, as well as the garbage cans. Other than that, I enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the toiletries, and there was a great view of the Prophet's Mosque from the window. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I think my family got our first breakfast complimentary, and our second one we paid (stayed 2 days).

Convenient and clean hotel
I stayed in this hotel with my family and kids from 15 - 21st December 2016. Hotel was great and at a very close by location to Haram. Out of the main door of the hotel you can see the green Gumbade Khizra. Rooms were really tidy up and very clean, specially the toilet. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Free WiFi in the lobby and and in the rooms available. Close is the Alabaik restuarent and next and in the same restuarent building is the Pakistani restuarent where you can also eat from. Nearby shops available to buy basic daily necessities like bread milk water fruit etc. My family loved this hotel and inshAllah next time will always try to stay in this one.

Best value hotel with great location in Madinah
Saraya Taba is the best value hotel in Madinah given it's close proximity to masjid nabawi. It has views over the courtyards of the masjid and very well located for salaat, ziyara of the Prophet salallahu Alaihi wassalam and of Jannatul Baki. It was about a 7 minute walk for my wife to the Womens section. Room service needs to be called and the price doesn't include breakfast, but InshAllah when I come to Madinah again, I will stay at this hotel. Stay in room 723 for views of the green dome of Masjid nabawi. Food options are a bit limited, but al baik and some Kebab shops are a 5 minute walk away.

Greedy and Rude Management
The hotel staff refused to check us in and demanded for 8 nights payment upfront. Which is totally unacceptable. They know due to their bad customer service, people will check out earlier than their intended stay. They try to bound them by taking all payment in advance.

Hotel staff are totally uncooperative. Room-service staff insist that I have to come down to take the bottle of water that I have requested. They inform my that they can bring up the bottle of water to my room if I bought dinner beside the water otherwise I have to come down and take it myself. I have spoken to the duty manager who did not take any action which make my feel as this is custom in this hotel.

We Booked with Free Breakfast and also had email conformation for the same. Surprised to note at the reception while check-in that they have conformation without Breakfast. We had to pay to Eat, had to face the embarrassment.

Was surprisingly a good experience. The hotel is very close to the masjid. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean bur there was some chipping of the bathtub. It is not expensive cmp are to local prices. All in all, I have no complaints.

The hotel is very professional upon check in, the price is not expensive with the area near mosque nabawi. And I am glad my room has a view leading to the dome of the Prophet. I am very happy with this hotel

Bad hotel bad staff in avoid location
I did not stay in the hotel due to no resrvtion made in the hotel system even thou I show them my confirmation they said the hotel is fully booked and the system does not accept the hotel .com resrvtion I tried so much they put me in bad shape I had my father (80 years old)and my elder brother (60years old) with me t I called police dept.to solve the issue then I found another near by hotel I stayed on it for that night very very very bad experience I faced on this hotel
