Great location, clean room and friendly staff.
The cleaning service was great. Hotel room was clean and was very close to haram and continent. The door frame seemed to be damage at some point and it was difficult to close the door unless you let it slam. It was impossible to get room service. Given the limited food options due to COVID, it would have been nice to be able to get room service but there was no information about it in the room. The numbers reception gave us were unanswered. A woman kept calling our room on the first day while we were trying to rest asking if we spoke Arabic. We asked her to stop calling but she kept calling until we had to turn the ringers off on all the phones.

Location is good. Staff reasobable. Facility poor. Not 5 star hotel at all. Maximum 3 stars. Not very clean. I waited for 30 minutes or more for luggage to be taken. Food not great. Very basic breakfast. The food preparation id not great. In summary i will not stay in the hotel again unless changes occure

The hotel is very nice and clean. Also, it has good location near from alharm alnabawi and it is in center of the city.

This is a three-star hotel at the most. There is no queen bed even though they advertise it; they put two twin beds together and call it queen without even changing the mattress!!!! Reservation team is either not familiar with Expedia or they don't do their job correctly; when i arrived, they said you don't have a reservation even after I showed them the confirmation number.... They then asked me too call Expedia to verify; i said what!! Then in an unprofessional way, the front desk gave me a phone number for the reservation department ( their own) and ask me to call them even though they are in the same hotel..!!!!! Long story short, don't book this hotel in here without calling them. In term of the rooms, you can see some cheap details and very bad maintenance. You can see the cheap toilet papers like you're in a cheap hotel.

الفندق لاباس به الافطار في رمضان منظم وجميل والسيرفس في اللوفيه متواجد ع طول قريب من الحرم ومن بوابه النساء ريحه الممرات جميله يوجد كوفي في مدخل الفندق يقدم الايسمريم والساتدويتشات والعصيرات تنظيم الغرف رائع لكن ازعجني العوازل

Personnel froid et ma interdit de prendre du lait pour mes filles dans leurs biberons alors que le petit petit-déjeuner etait payé. Ascenceur tres lent et trop peu pour laffluence aux heures de priere tres bien situé pas loin de la porte 16 entree femme/hommes collé ideal en couple ce coté.
