The hotel is ideally situated with parking for cars etc. Staff were very helpful and breakfast had a good selection. Breakfast could do with starting earlier as most tours go out early morning and we had to miss breakfast twice as it didn't open until 7.30am.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. The small fridge was great to keep drinks cold. The breakfast was great... amazing variety of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and beverages. Also had pancakes with syrup... something loved by us Canadians. Excellent location, right across the street from ferry terminal on Pico. Very handy for shopping and restaurants. Good location for sightseeing and getting to airport. Amazing ice cream stand at the end of the block.

Good hotel for solo travellers to be central and safe. Hotel was good clean and had good breakfast. Staff helpful. I stayed on floor 01 which was noisy because of cleaners and facing the back street. Other than that good hotel. I would recommend just ask for higher floor.

The wifi didn't reach our room which was challenging at the end of a long day to have to go to the lobby to use phones/do communication for the next day. The rooms were clean but small. The lobby area smelled musty. But a nice location, easy to walk in the town and to the ferry. Breakfast was good but what we learned to be a pretty standard breakfast for the Azores.

Well located hotel across from ferry terminal and marina. Very close to cafes and shops. Pool and lounging patio was wonderful to use on a warm day. There is a bar adjoining the pool with a very hardworking bartender who somehow managed to efficiently serve a large crowd all by himself. Breakfast buffet was nice with several high quality options including fresh pancakes, hot dishes, and lots of pastries and desserts. The desk staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. We asked to checkout slightly later than usual time (11 am) and received an abrupt response (“no way!”). They did allow us to store our luggage in an unlocked closet but we had to retrieve our bags ourselves as the staff was unable (or unwilling) to serve us. I would stay there again but with low expectations of the service.

Lovely hotel on Pico island

Lovely hotel on Pico island great breakfast included. Beds are on the firmer side and parking might be a bit of a challenge in peak times but would stay again for sure. Pool area looked great too.

Very good hotel.

Our room and bathroom were very good, with large comfortable bed, excellent bedding and towels and very clean. The breakfast buffet was good and opened at 7.00, allowing time to start activities early. Our only disappointment was that we arrived at 10.00 on the ferry from Horta and, whilst knowing that check in was not officially until 4pm did hope to get in the room before we did at 3pm.

Really friendly staff, Miguel was particularly helpful. Comfortable room with good breakfast. Complimentary tea was available in the Reception area during our stay, which was much appreciated. Walking distance from shops. Parking can be a bit tricky, but perhaps they have additional spaces we were not aware of

Great location, service, family friendly. Only problem we had that air conditioning was not working in one room but to the staff credit they acknowledged the problem and quicky transferred us to different room.
