"Breakfast was huge and fine. Convenient, beautiful view. Keith and Joe provided good service. Saturday night the hotel was full of drunk, loud wedding guests laughing and talking in the hall. I had to say "Please, people are trying to sleep" twice between 11 pm and midnight. The grounds and porch are gorgeous. Don't get a room off the porch. Even though most of the porch is roped off til 10 am, several people on both days stepped over the rope and sat talking loudly outside others' room The hotel needs to hang a sign from the rope saying something like "Closed: ,quiet zone until 10 am". I took a shower and couldn't find the hairdryer. I looked through all the drawers of the bureau and nightstands and under and around everything. I called down to the front desk. The receptionist said, "It will be in a drawer if it's not in the bathroom." I looked again - 15 minutes of looking and calling. At the second call, Emily? who was very courteous, immediately brought one up in a black velveteen bag. I found the dryer the next day - 7 feet up, on top of the coat shelf, on top of a large folded blanket. We'll probably stay there again, but on the quieter 3rd floor, end of hall."
