Staff was amazing and polite Loved the service when arriving and during the stay Close to everything we needed and places to go One issue was just our fan was not working in room 8 but other than that it was a 4.5 star rated stay for us thank you very much Reception ladies hope to see yous again when we come back to stay again

The Marco Polo looked newly renovated. It was the nicest hotel compared to the six that we stayed at previously.

The property manager was lovely, l would stay there again. Just needs to be a bit cleaner.

Very comfortable stay here as bed was great along with the amenities in the room . Will definitely stay here again as great value for money.

We had a great stay. The room was neat and tidy and the bed very comfortable. The staff at check-in was also very welcoming. Would stay again.

Place is old and falling apart bed was so soft you sunk into it and most of the lights in room didn’t work. Ac struggled as well

Merry Christmas Brant, thank you for your review and bringing this to my attention, our mattress's are brand new and of the highest quality, I will check with the manufacturers warranty. The Marco was totally refurbished appr 6 months ago with all brand new furniture and painted for a fresh modern look. On your next visit ask to speak with myself Bernie, and I will give you a guided inspection of our wonderful property.

Upstairs room
Upstairs room with coffee machine, no pods, empty dirty pod left in machine, no extra pillows. Used razor plastic safety left on bathroom floor. Bathroom door had large kick hole in back of it. Checked in and popped bags in room and left for many hours returning late at night to find all above issues so unable to complain at late hour and early check out. Have stayed many times at marco, never with this experience.

The room itself was actually pretty good. Pity no foxtel or anything. No pool or spa as advertised which was a big let down. Had to leave early and requested a refund for the one night we couldn't stay as we had a family emergency and have to leave at 6am so we werent even there for 18 hours yet charged for the full 2 nights and absolutely no empthy. I only wanted a refund for the night we didnt stay , so half my money back. But nope they dont care and are happy to jist keep my money. In these tough times youd think they would have a little compassion and refund the 1 night but nope. They dont care. Just money himgry like everyone else and wont help you at all. Even though it lacks the pool and spa as advertised. Wont be going back ever again and will make sure others dont ever stay there. :( if it wasnt for that fact they would have got a great review as the room is pretty good. Sad ending to a great holiday.

We stayed in family room which could have slept 5 with ease. The rooms were well maintained, had aircon that worked and bathrooms that were clean with great shower water pressure. We would happily stay again.
