Food good quality, cocktails are genuinely good especially Espresso Martini. Staff super efficient and friendly. Been here a few times and won’t be the last. Perfect place for total relaxation. "

Booked the privilege room expecting service to be better, but ran into multiple problems over the course of the stay that the hotel staff were able to work with me on. Just know... 1. There is a rental car site on property, but hours aren't consistent. 2. Cabs can only be requested through concierge from hotel to destination. Then, it's up to you find your own way back. 3. Reservations are 100% necessary and some restaurants are overbooked. 4. Upon check-in, you can start your dining package right away. 5. Luggage assistance is only available at check-in and then you have to carry your own luggage back to reception to check out."
