O quarto estava sujo o banheiro tinha urina e um fio de cabelo no vaso sanitário, cortinas rasgadas, ar-condicionado nao tava gelando. Etc.

Melhor experiência possível de acordo com nossas condições financeiras. E ultrapassou. Ficamos muito bem instalados e com conforto. Recepção muito educada e o quarto estava limpo e confortável. Muito próximo a tudo que há de melhor em Maceió. Eu vou voltar mais vezes e quero ficar aí novamente.

Péssima experiência nesse hotel em Maceió ,escada no quarto,um sobe e desce terrível,pra tomar banho,ou se esqueçer algo embaixo vc vai ter que descer tudo novamente,e depois subir tudo novamente,isso tudo dentro do próprio quarto,fora a inclinação da escada terrível,idoso não vá pra esse hotel. Banheiro em baixo sem chuveiro,em cima com com chuveiro porém, uma horrível cortina de plástico dentro,ao invés de um simples box de custo baixo mesmo, mais que resolveria, na hora de tomar banho a água vai pra toda pro quarto, tem muito mais coisas negativas que iria tomar uma página inteira, o café da manhã um tijolo era mais fofo do que o pão que estava servido , pouquíssima opções de variedades. Desculpa a franqueza gente mas enfim esse é um depoimento de quem tem negócio por isso a visão é sem emoção, e mais com a razão mesmo, eu não ficaria nunca mais lá , fui pelo aplicativo desse site ,que no mínimo deveria avaliar melhor os locais que indicam aqui.

Quarto possui um mezanino dentro, tendo como wc completo na parte de cima e lavabo em baixo. Para quem vai com crianças é bom ter cuidado. Tomadas deveriam ser atualizadas para o padrão mais atual. Prédio antigo e merece uma reforma. Café da manhã simples, mas bacana também!

- Pagamos 02 diárias , mas só conseguimos ficar 01 dia na marra - Que arrependimento ter escolhido este hotel antigo - café da manhã mto fraco , sem opções - Quarto mto velho , cama / colchão duro - Banheiro sujo - Elevador velho Minha esposa tem problemas de asma, o mofo ajudou mto ela a piorar e passar mal

Se hospendem no ibis style Maceió pajuçara, muito melhor que esse. O hotel é muito antigo, segunda vez que eu vou e o chuveiro nao estava funcionando, o café da manha nao é bom, mas o atendimento dos funcionários é maravilhoso. O hotel precisa de jma grande reforma, as escadas dos quartos sao em caracol, o que impossibilita de subir com as malas, o guarda roupa fica no segundo andar.
