Lovely break by the lake
This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly. Parking is in an underground garage which you get into nearby reception using the key provided. Note that the door closes by itself once you drive through. The parking is a little tight but it works just fine. There are then elevators up to your apartment or steps if you prefer. We were in E001 and this was on the ground floor and very clean. It is a bit sparse but had everything we needed, including air conditioner units in every room that worked very well, though the blue lights were very bright at night! The apartment had a double room and a twin room both with cupboards, a bathroom with a good shower, and kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There were plenty of towels, washing up liquid and sponge, bin liner, 2 toilet rolls and one dishwasher tab. There is also a nice veranda with table, good wifi and a TV. The pool was great if not a little cold and the Jacuzzi was nice to warm up in. They have lots of inflatables for the kids to use if they ask! We had breakfast (including eggs) in the adjoining restaurant which was nice but missing the promised cake!

Only half roll of toilet paper - bring your own
We had the 2 bedroom penthouse on the third floor with private jaccuzzi on our second balcony. Not much lake view. No kitchen paper or towel. Only half roll of toilet paper. Could not get replenishment because reception closed. Just check upon arrival, which unfortunately we did not. Manfred

Nice apartment
3 bedroom apartment was large and well appointed. This should be considered an apartment rental and not hotel which is fine. (E.g. Bring own shampoo and soap) Nice pool and hot tub overlooking lake. I would stay here again.

It is disappointing you are about €7 each day for towel and €15 each day for your cleaning. This policy is wrong. I hope you change this as it rips people off.

Good place to stay in the area
Stayed there for two nights - our room was very clean, well-equipped, had a nice view of the pool and the lake. It was entirely serviceable but lacked any 'character' typical of most of the other places we stayed in Italy. Underground parking is included. The staff lady "Lisa" was very helpful. Some rates include breakfast, others don't, so be careful to get what you want when you reserve. Keep in mind this is a condo-type building so each room will be different. Also there are A LOT of rules to follow for everything for the pool to taking out the trash. There is no daily housekeeping. And, the office is not staffed around the clock, so if you need to check in or out outside of normal office hours, make arrangements in advance.

Beautiful views of the lake.
It was great for a quick vacation. We loved the restaurants that were close by. The trips across the lake on the ferries made for great day trips.

Great apartment right by Lake Maggiore
We had a lovely stay at this apartment complex. Underground parking, fantastically appointed apartment. Great pools. Amazing view! Very friendly staff, who spoke English. Great for families.

Very quite 'timeshare' like product.
Very quite, if not empty. Very little to do in the area. Got caught out on what would have been a reasonable stay, but knocked 50% more for laundry costs. Wouldn't stay here again.

Stunningly Beautiful
Had a wonderful stay here, apartment was very well equipped with everything you would need, supermarket in walking distance and ferry also close so easy to reach other towns etc. Very quiet though, needed to get the ferry to other towns for restaurants, bars etc - Canobbio is stunning and only 10 minutes across the lake by ferry. Would recoement and go again.

Lovely hotel in quiet location
Having never visited the lakes before we chose this hotel as it was in a quieter area but with good access. The staff were extremely helpful, even helping to organise our transfer to our next lake como resort via Switzerland which was a great journey. The apartment had everything we needed with good restaurants nearby.

Luxurious apartment
The apartment was excellent - can't rate it highly enough! Area was fairly quiet, but it was off peak season and there were plenty of nice cafe's and restaurants around. When the weather is warmer I imagine there would be lots of lake-based activities available too. Pool area is beautiful with spectacular views (large infinity pool, baby pool and hot tub all lovely). We'll be back!

Great location for families, couples and singles!
The location is fantastic - right on the lake. The rooms were basic but had everything you need to make this a fantastic get-away and base to visit all the beautiful, quaint towns along the lake. It is an excellent place for families, couples, and singles because all the location, town, and region offers. The apartment was very comfortable with a nice view and the kitchen was fully equipped so you can eat in or go out to the lovely local restaurants in town or in Luino. Great spot that I have already recommended to 5 people in the last couple days.

Great Apartment
Just a one night stop over on the way to Savona. The town is a little dead this time of year but that's obviously no reflection on Golfo Gabella. Very spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen. Would definitely come back for a summer stay. Beautiful view of the lake and a nice little town.

Really liked this place
Be sure to read the times that the office is available for check in. This place is great we asked for a one bedroom apt. and were booked in a spacious three bedroom. It was comfortable with underground parking. We had two meals at the restaurant on site and really enjoyed it. I can imagine this is great in season when you can use the outdoor pool and other factilities. The hot tub was only warm.

Truly wonderful accommodation
Everything about the apartment was just utterly perfect; the furniture and fittings were of the highest quality. The kitchen was fabulously well equipped. The private nominated underground parking was secure and kept the car cool. The pool has the most fantastic view of Cannobio across the lake and of the mountains, and as it is west facing you get to enjoy the sunsets. The air conditioning system was wonderful and made the apartment feel like a sanctuary from the heat. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in a lot of places).

Wir hatten die Wohnung A104 und waren vom Ausblick und der Ruhe so begeistert!Kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder , der Pool ist super, gepflegt, allerdings könnte man die Liegen erneuern oder reparieren! Meine Kritikpunkte sind wie folgt Wenig Auswahl an Besteck und etc in der Küche, Zb Schere, Salatschüssel .... Das W-lan war nur im Wohnbereich gut in den Schlafzimmern und besonders auf dem Balkon war dies sehr schlecht bis garnicht! Kurze Anmerkung , demnächst bitte ein Bügeleisen wenn schon eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist!

Eine große Anlage, in der man sich fast verirrt, nicht beschildert. Bester Zugang war über die Tiefgarage. Zimmer und Flure sauber, aber lieblos und kahl, kasernenähnlich. Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert, angeliefert von einem Bäcker aus dem Ort. Man konnte nicht wählen, was kommt. Dafür blieb ein riesiger Haufen Verpackungsmüll. Am Pool total überzogene Coronamaßnahmen, auch wenn man nicht einmal ins Wasser will- obwohl im Freien, riesiges Gelände und kaum besucht. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett!

Excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé. A notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle était en panne. Nous avons réclamé et il a été remplacé par un neuf le lendemain par un service technique aimable et efficace. Piscine assez grande et ne manque pas de transats. Etant en période Covid, les petits déjeuners étaient hélas servis en chambre sous forme de panier repas.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Sicherheitskonzept am Pool ist hervorragend. Negative Kritik gab es am TV-Empfang. Über den SAT-Anschluss sind nur britische Sender zu empfangen, über den normalen Antennenanschluss nur italienische Sender. Der SAT-Empfang im Wohnzimmer war überhaupt nicht möglich. Nach der Reklamation hat ein Angestellter die Anschlüsse überprüft, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Daraufhin sollte am nächsten Tag ein Elektriker kommen, um den Schaden zu beheben. Leider ist bis zum Ende des Aufenthaltes niemand erschienen. Anscheinend war der SAT-Receiver defekt, da dieser total überhitzt war. Um eine Entzündung zu vermeiden, habe ich den Receiver vom Netz genommen.

Klasse Appartementhotel in wundervoller Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und liegt direkt am See. Das Appartement war toll. Die Tiefgarage direkt unter der Anlage ist top! Wir würden sehr gern mal wiederkommen. Das Sushi im direkt am Hotel gelegenen Restaurants ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein Hotel in dem man gerne ein 2tes Mal einkehrt
Frühstücksraum ist zu klein. Die Gäste stehen Schlange z.B.am kaffeeautomaten Aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück. Abends sehr lahm. Mussten 2 x um Aufmerksamkeit bitten.

Entspannung pur am Lago
Sehr schöne Anlage. Pool und Jacuzzi mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Wohnung gut ausgestattet, ruhig und mit schönem Sitzplatz. WLAN ist ok aber nicht extrem schnell.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am See. Poolanlage mit direktem Blick auf den See. Whirlpool wäre eigentlich auch schön und entspannend, aber mit übertrieben viel Chlor. Das Appartement ist schön ausgestattet & gut geeignet für mehrere Personen. Allerdings war die Sauberkeit allgemein im Bad, v.a. in der Dusche (Schimmel zwischen den Fliesen) sehr fragwürdig. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng - aussteigen unmöglich. Das Personal der Reception ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit. Anliegen & Probleme werden nach Möglichkeit sofort gelöst.
