Every single team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and deeply committed to making our time excellent. Their warmth and hospitality elevated the entire trip. The Spa (A Absolute Must!): Do not skip the spa services! The spa is an architectural and wellness masterpiece. Booking a treatment here is a non-negotiable part of the experience if you want to lean into full relaxation. Delicious, Intentional Dining: The culinary experience was fantastic. Every meal felt thoughtful and high-quality, with food that genuinely tasted like it was prepared with love. "We had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Explore Coba! The resort was beautiful, clean, and incredibly family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, making every day fun and memorable. The staff was always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food was phenomenal—every night the buffet featured something different, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The specialty restaurants were outstanding and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The nightly shows were fantastic, especially Origin, which was absolutely spectacular and a must-see during your stay. The resort is large, but the shuttle service made it easy to get around. The pools were excellent, and the beach was just a short ride away. Overall, we had an unforgettable family vacation and made memories we'll cherish forever. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend Bahia Principe Explore Coba to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and high-quality all-inclusive resort."

"My wife and I stayed at the Milam for our honeymoon. The resort is a sight to see, upon arrival we checked in and was greeted by the hostess. The hostess escorted us to our villa in which we were greeted by a gentleman with drinks. Once inside the villa there were rose petals and candles lit per our request and a bucket of ice and champagne. There is an indoor pool, and a king size bed. There is a beautiful outdoor shower and an area for luggage and shoes. This area also includes a safe. The pool was a nice size and was very clean, over time of using it, there was a fine skim over the top, this was after day five however, which I assume was from our body oils, lotions. The main pool area was always clean and had clean pool towels, the pool itself had a self cleaner that did not seem to be doing much by itself. I would recommend having an actual pool person assist with the things the self cleaner misses. The staff was nice and friendly, the resort is pretty quiet and peaceful, there is a bar by the outdoor pool that has an option for swimming or walking to access it. The bar area was the only area on the resort with a tv."
