"Overall the stay was pleasant. The staff at front desk and restaurant were excellent. The property is going through a renovation so hard to truly judge cleanliness but there was a lot of stuff hanging about and elevators were untidy. The fridge in room didn't work and hot water takes a while to get going. Parking was okay but lower lot made me nervous. But the stay met my needs and the room was comfortable with a great view."

"The room was clean, however the bathroom sink would back up after a minute or so of use. When we were out, someone entered and filled the sink and loosened to drain pipe so we had to be moved to another room. They said we would be compensated, but nothing was offered when I mentioned it at check out. Staff were friendly, but they have to work on communication."
