"This was our second stay since Dec. 25, 2025. I was SHOCKED that the elevator was STILL not working! My complaint is: I should be informed of this at the time of booking!! Yes, we were given a room on the first floor, however I always request a room on the top floor of any hotel...I find that the top floor is almost always the Quietest place to be. And my wife had to confront VERY noisy guests at 12:30am, thankfully they did "tone it down". ( I realize the hotel cannot be responsible for the rude behavior of guests ) Also my wife got Orange Juice (from the large dispenser) and it was spoiled...bad odor and bad taste. She informed the lady at the front desk of this. We stay in Harrah multiple times a year, but I will be looking at other options from here on out. "
