"The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. "Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "
