Maastricht festive break
My friend and i stayed at this lovely, quaint hotel for 2 nights. It is in a perfect location, nice area and close to the centre. The staff were really friendly and so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room wS spacious and the bed was so comfy! We will be back, thank you Joules and all the staff.

Bright and spacious double room, Les Charmes is located in an older well kept building in the centre of Maastricht. I would have liked to have a kettle and teabags in the room. For the price I expected breakfast. Very clean, up to date bathroom, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed. I enjoyed the little patio at the back.

This hotel was not your typical hotel. It felt more like staying in a bed and breakfast. We arrived late and everything was waiting for us. Bed was comfortable and very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is great. It makes you feel like you are staying at a friend's house. It is close to the center and all the main sites. Recommended.

Great fnd in excellent location
Situated in a n excellent location in a quiet area. Breakfast is plentiful -melon, cheese, ham, yoghurt, kiwi fruit, fruit juice, breads and jam. The room we had was on the top floor and was very airy and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and we would love to stay here again in the near future. If mobility is a problem stairs are rather steep and there isn't a lift. Not a problem for us but might be a consideration for others.

Very quaint and clean hotel. There are no elevators, so if you are on the 3rd floor, it is quite a hike, but it is worth it. We would definitely stay again!

This is a quaint little hotel that is a 10 minute (or more) walk from almost anything. It's very nice...sitting area, outdoor courtyard but lacks creature comforts like air conditioning on warm days and nights. Finding a bottle of water or a Coke was a challenge. Except for Thursday evening, the town rolls up at about 5 p.m. On the day of departure the desk clerk was a half hour late which caused me to miss my train to Brussels and incovenienced other customers who expected breakfast at 8:00 a.m., not 8:30! Despite these shortcomings, I would consider staying in the future. Sometimes quaint and charming comes with a bit of sacrifice...

Nice, quaint hotel in the heart of the city
My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights. What a beautiful little place to stay. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very comfortable, and certainly not your usual hotel room! Attic room, with sitting area and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was a feast. We usually don't like springing for a hotel breakfast, but were not disappointed. Highly recommend Les Charmes

Would stay again!
Great location, peaceful and yet walking distance everywhere. Excellent service! Spacious room with character. I only missed some place to hang towels in the bathroom. Free coffee and water station and very nice lounge area. Overall very nice stay in a historical building with great staff.

Prachtig hotel, zeer sfeervol en verzorgd. Prettige ontvangst en heerlijk ontbijt. Jammer dat de rooklucht van het terras in het trappenhuis trekt. Maar overall zeer goed, en ook nog op een uitstekende locatie.

De kamer is vergane glorie. Badkamer klein en outdated. Rafelige handdoeken en badmat, schimmel in douchecabine. Overall staat is matig. Ontbijt was wel erg goed verzorgd en personeel is vriendelijk.

Het is een heerlijk klein en verzorgd hotel op een sfeervolle locatie in het centrum van Maastricht. Vlakbij leuke pleintjes en met twintig minuten lopen ben je de stad uit en sta je aan de voet van de Sint Pietersberg. Een aanrader!

Every bit as charming
I felt very welcome in this lovely boutique hotel with a helpful and service minded host. Breakfast was great and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary water bottles. Great location for business, shopping and sightseeing.

Leuk hotel op rustige plek midden in het centrum.
Mooie inrichting. Heerlijk bed. Rustig gelegen. Lekker ontbijt op een bord. Parkeren in weekend kan achter het hotel. Door de week is dat lastiger. Genoten!

Het is een hotel in een rustige buurt in het centrum van Maastricht. Er is een prettige lounge met gratis koffie en thee. Het ontbijt wordt mooi geserveerd. De bediening is uitstekend en heel vriendelijk. Na een dag in het toeristisch deel van Maastricht is de rust van het hotel een verademing.

Ein Ort mit viel Charme in Maastricht
Ein Ort , an dem man(n) sich von Anfang an wohl fühlt ! Hotel ist super zur Innenstadt und allen Plätzen gelegen. Gut zu erreichen in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Der Empfang ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Einchecken ohne großes tamtam. Wenn einem der Trubel der Stadt zuviel wird kann man sich hier erholen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß. Für die ältere Generation wäre ein Aufzug schön, aber ansonsten passt hier alles.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr viel Charme. Sehr netter Empfang durch das Personal. Zur Erwähnung bleibt allerdings, das es keinen Lift sondern nur zum Teil steile Holztreppen gibt. Das Haus ist nicht klimatisiert und an Wochentagen steht kein Parkplatz beim Hotel zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück für 13,90 € ist in Ordnung. Es gibt kein allerdings kein Büffet.

Welcoming Hotel, nicely located
Nice hotel, located five minutes walking from city center. Personnel was welcoming and helpful, and the hotel had a good feel-at-home feeling with a comfy living room where you can doze off sipping a complimentary coffee. Rooms were nice even if not very accessible (small and complicated stairs, but truely adding the charm of the hotel). There is also a parking (paying) right next to the hotel which is quite useful in a city like Maastricht. I would definitely recommend.

Zeer sfeervol hotel vlak bij het Vrijthof met eigen parkeermogelijkheid. Uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijke service, goed bed en betaalbaar. Een aanrader voor een paar daagjes Maastricht.
