"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

"I had a wonderful experience at La Badira. My room was beautiful. The amenities were great. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The best part was the employees… Walid at breakfast, Achraf and Omaima at front desk and especially Lobna, the hostess at the restaurant. They were so warm, friendly and helpful. "We had a great stay at the hotel. We loved the clear water at the beach, the friendliness of the staff starting especially at the reception, and the restaurant staff.
Not so good: small swimming pools, sunbeds booking by guests and facilitated by some staff. Lack of communication about the facilities and services.
Closing on a positive note, the food was good, and they have good capacity management so even in peak time, having to line up for a service or a meal was seldom."
