"business trip and never disappoints - rooms lovely, food great and friendly staff"

"Lovely decor throughout the property. Room had everything we needed. One minor problem was that the wardrobe had nowhere to hang anything longer than a shirt, a small section to hang full length dresses would be nice. The shower was amazing, lovely shampoo/shower gel and conditioner provided. There was a bit of a wait when we had our evening meal there, but it was delicious. The breakfast was outstanding. we had a wonderful stay, but the parking was a problem. There are 98 rooms and only about 12 parking spaces. There is parking over the road, but only for 2 hours during the day. There is also parking in the streets running back from the front, but everyone from the surrounding area also parks there, so spaces are hard to come by. It is not ideal to have to carry your luggage to and from the car, maybe a parking bay specifically for loading and unloading your luggage would be handy? The hotel is ideally placed as it is a short distance from Blackpool, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. "

"Hotel is a bit run down in the rooms but i think that is reflective of the price and didn'taffect tge stay. The tea/coffee/sugar holder was filthy, other than that seemed clean. The reception staff were lovely."

"Very nice hotel in a quiet country setting. Easy parking, quick check-in, good size room, all facilities I needed. Breakfast was pretty good too. I'd very happily stay again if in the area. "

"For the moment you check in to leaving the staff were 100% the room were big very clean tea and coffee and great to have a kettle.thank you to the chambermaids For make my stay great in the rooms there a hair dry ironing board and iron I will definitely stay hear again amazing sleep and bed were very comfortable again thank you to all the staff "

"The internet was a bit in and out in the room. Good view but quite loud music from the bar opposite but was a friday and Saturday night. Very clean and the staff very helpful and always smiling and seemed a good team. "
