"It was good - sadly breakfast was difficult as I am gluten and dairy free but that’s not the fault of the hotel! "

"Room was great and clean. The pool was another story. The water was so dirty that you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was almost completely empty, like a foot of water in it. I talked to one staff member who was not helpful so I had to go tell front desk about the issue. Couldn’t really use either which my kids were sad about"

"Friendly staff. The hotel is doing renovations, so that was sore eyes. The hotel room was renovated, but still had some older fixtures that I believe should have been updated as well. You don't get breakfast when you book through Expedia, but the Dennis restaurant is conveniently connected to the hotel. Overall, a good experience."

"We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. A+++"

"The place was very clean and well-kept, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and spotless. The bathtub and bathroom were also very clean and well-sanitized. Sue was very welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a really nice stay and I would definitely recommend it."
