"Towels stains and breakfast buffet is okay their egg station cook is not friendly at all I was the one greeting her good morning and she didn’t even acknowledge customers and I feel like she was not happy working. And I requested a extra crispy bacon because I don’t want to waste any food that I would not finished it take me twice to approach the helper to get the extra crispy bacon 😆😆😆they forgot to order it when infact he said he did order it in the first time but he didn’t 😆😆 anyway overall hotel stay is great and I would recommend it. "

"The restaurant is not open yet although there are restaurants around the area. The website indicated there is free shuttle to and from the airport. Apparently the property notified expedia that starting January of 2026, the shuttle service is only available during the day time ending at 6pm or thereabout. The schedule provided an email from the property that there is a 1:30 am airport pick up. This is a classic example of "the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing" situation. "

"Right from the beginning of my visit the stay was excellent. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and checked us in as soon as it was possible. The room was nice and cool ready for our occupancy and we actually were shown to our room by a staff member dressed in traditional formal Philippine attire. The room was very comfortable beds were very nice and the view of the airport from the room was interesting as well. Overall a wonderful stay and I plan on using the Savoy in the future."

"The location is perfectly close to the airport, terminal 3. Walk the sky bridge and you are there. Don’t have to taxi or Grab as they tend to get stuck in traffic. Using the free airport shuttle to transfer between terminals are more efficient and convenient if your flight arrives or departs from terminal other than terminal 3. Church, food, shopping, and Casino are all within walking distance. Amazingly quiet even though it is close to the airport."

"I have an incredible stay at the Heritage. The hotel staff are very courteous and friendly. The location is also great, it is near the mall and they offer free shuttle to MOA."
