"Though we had a little adventure when we arrived, we enjoyed our stay here immensely.
The area was quiet and pastoral in some places though conveniently located not too far away from our areas of interest (Interloken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen). The hotel itself was great and the staff fantastic. Kathleen was super responsive and kept our kids of 9 & 11 engaged and happy. "This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious.
