"Very convenient to the train station. There's a McDonald's very close if you want an inexpensive snack. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the housekeeping staff who showed me how to turn electricity on in the room by inserting my room key in a slot (yes, I had never seen that). 🙂Well done all around."

"We loved this hotel. Our room was upgraded and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the train station and the main downtown area. The only negative is the rooms were stuffy as the A/C didn’t really work. It was 23 Celsius the day we arrived. We cooled down the room by opening the window. I"

"This hotel is a lovely little hotel in an exceptional location in Lucerne. It's right by the river, surrounded by places to eat and a very short walk from the station and boat docks. A perfect location for getting out on trips. It's typical of an inner city hotel, so the rooms are small and bathrooms very small. But they are clean, functional and comfortable. There's a simple breakfast in house, which includes hot items. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. But the location is the star, so nice to be right in the middle of everything."
