I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but I have never experienced such warmth and hospitality as shown by Dani and Linda. Theyre hotel is so homely and full of character and the views are quite breathtaking. You are made to feel so genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive and you literally do arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. The breakfast was just delicious, something for everyone and all fresh local produce. Dani offers you an additional and quite delightful local...

forth time at this hotel. always excellent service

Here’s a polished hotel review you can use: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a clean environment, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be...

lovely place to stay

Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

We had a great time. Nice clean hotel suitable and comfortable with kids

A little out town but extremely peaceful environment with very helpful and friendly staff

The hotel is right by the station which is very handy for a multi centre holiday and it is very central for everything you may want to do in Bern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The roof terrace is beautiful and the rooms are really well equipped really comfy beds and brilliant showers. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that, breakfast was 40 chf per head which seemed a lot so we used local cafes instead. There was also a 200 chf deposit per night … we were there 3...
