"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. "We paid for a deluxe room. When we finally got the room, we found that the bathroom didn't have a door (maybe it's a new concept...), but the worst part was that the coffee maker, cups, and coffees were in the bathroom, right in front of the toilet! We asked to be transferred to another room and they moved us to a much smaller one. We asked about a credit, but according to them, "it was the same category." In short: my experience was bad. I don't recommend it."

"The views from some of the rooms are amazing and the staff were very nice. Worth mentioning if you are traveling with kids on Spring or Summer that there isn’t air conditioning on the rooms and the hotel is not centrally located ( although it is a a few bus stops from the central station ). I think the rooms were in need of maintenance and the breakfast a bit pricey for the quality of it. Overall a 3.5/5"
