Nice to be right on the river and basically right in Ancient town. Unfortunately my room didn’t have much of a view. There was no daily room cleaning or additional water/tea. Breakfast was traditional.

Large modern room with comfortable bed and separate bathtub & shower. Quiet location. Staff do not speak English, which is typical even for Western branded hotels in China. My room smelled a bit like sulfur, strongest near the toilet, but common areas did not. Air conditioner did not work. When reported ...
