"We stayed in a suite, and unfortunately the air conditioning in the sitting room was not working. When we arrived, the room temperature was 86°F, making that area very uncomfortable during our stay. The pullout sofa mattress, where our grandson slept, had several questionable stains, which was concerning. ..."
