"Beautiful hotel with beautiful beach that is swimmable. Several pools and some are designed for adults only. Beach has many pavillion type beds with some that are covered and others are not (fist come first serve). Restaurants are good but food could be improved. Bars are awful, only generic rum, no Brugal, Barcelo. Pools are missing many tiles and badly worn, underwater lights are off the sockets, but pools are clean. Rooms are great with great beds, very cold, roomy, and very clean but aged. Beware of the 20 sales people hounding guess to purchase extremely expensive time shares. I have been there 3x and still recommend."

"I went back and forth on how to rate this resort. There are definitely positives, but a few key issues shaped my experience. The property is well maintained and small enough that it’s easy to navigate. The beach is beautiful, and I really appreciated that vendors were respectful—if you said no, they moved on without pressure. The room was also great: clean, comfortable, and nicely set up. The biggest downside was the food. The buffet was mediocre at best—edible, but not enjoyable. I can’t speak to the specialty restaurants because there was never any availability during my stay. That may be partly on me for not reserving earlier, but it was still disappointing given the weak buffet options. Staff members were very nice though. Always smiling. Another issue was departure. Ubers aren’t allowed on the property. We had to walk about 20 minutes outside the resort to meet our ride, along a busy and somewhat unsafe road. No one at the resort would assist us with a cart, which made it even more frustrating. They were basically like: Good luck! Because of the food and the departure experience, I likely won't return. But I am persuadable with a good price!"

"This place is incredible I highly recommend it, if you are looking to stay at a calm , relaxing and peaceful place. The music is pleasant and relaxing never loud or overwhelming. Chill vibes for families and a sense of safety. If you are looking for rest/relaxation please book now. Its so beautiful with a variety flowers and tropical plants throughout the entire property and a pristine beach everything is well maintained. I stayed at a tiny house right in front of the beach the porch outside is very cute and the rooms are large air conditioned and fashionably decorated, simply and beautifully decorated and they are also available to bring drinks on request to the beach. They have a small shop with cute beach clothes and artisan made purses, bracelets and some bathing auits, toothpaste, pads, flip flops ,toothbrushes. I loved every minute and spent most of my time at the beach where they have ample hammocks and palm covered coves for beach chairs and wood tables to place drinks in.I'd like to have my wedding here and will be returning and staying longer <3. Ruth our server was really sweet and friendly, the staff is doing great work. The only recommendation would be a dedicated house for hair-dos and make up to take photos. One staff available that does hair in one of the little houses and make up for photos. Also I didnt ask service or childcare options but since its a small place I dont know if available.
