"Everything are awesome. Sky bar, swimming pool, and breakfast buffet. Very clean, excellent staff. Balcony rooms are nice but it is noisy. This is vietnam for you. The noise stops around 10 or 11 pm. I think they should upgrade the windows or Balcony doors."

"Room was extremely clean just a little small for 3 adults, food was great! Staff extremely polite they even gave us complimentary ride from hotel to train station with escort and food for 3 for our journey to sapa.i would give them 10 stars if possible. "

"Staff were fantastic and could not do enough to assist. They stored our luggage when we went to Halong Bay, assisted with Grab and taxis and gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat. The complimentary afternoon tea was a bonus. It was a shame that there was a lot of building noise next door that sometimes started quite early in the morning and went on quite late at night. Hopefully, when the building is complete everything will be perfect. It did not bother us too much except for one night when it continued past 7pm. Would stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable though not large."
