訂到的房間沒註明是共用浴室, 造成升等到獨立浴室的房間還要額外加價.這是令我比較無法接受的. 而床舖是我住過的民宿中最硬的.如果可以改善一下就更好. 優點是老闆娘待人親切,早餐又是親自料理.東西可口.

溫馨英式氛圍B & B

女管家很nice...甜點招待令人驚豔，早餐英式氛圍溫暖而愉快，此次安排住三樓臨河濱道路，雖無景觀但隔音還不錯。唯一的缺點是有長輩同行，要爬三樓對她的膝蓋是個負擔，其他一切還不錯。地理位置需開車去羅東夜市，近河岸散步還不錯。

超棒！

民宿主人相當貼心，會準備美味的下午茶跟豐盛的早餐。房間床墊相當舒服且隔音良好。 民宿附近風景優美，且位置離羅東市區相當近。

非常滿意

服務非常好，老闆漂亮又熱情。一到這就有點心可以吃，隔天起床早餐也很好吃，而這都是老闆手工製作準備，滿滿的誠意。如後面有到宜蘭，會再住這裡。也會推薦朋友來這。感謝老闆，住的非常愉快。謝謝

乾淨舒服的民宿

離羅東運動公園很近，有自行車可以借，早上或傍晚從河堤騎到運動公園很舒服，房東下午有招待下午茶，早餐也很豐盛。

環境很舒適，住宿價格不貴。老闆娘非常熱情好客，住宿房間不大但頗舒適，早餐跟下午甜點都是手工自己製作，非常豐富跟好吃。非常值得再次來住宿。

女主人熱情好客，早餐及午茶準備的相當用心；民宿屋況頗新，重點是整潔乾淨，鄉村風的擺飾讓人一入住就能放鬆；提供騎乘的自行車算是我住過的在地民宿中維護較好的，雖然是單速車，但車況包含車胎剎車都很ok，加上地近羅東公園，讓騎行成為很好的體驗。美中不足的是所住的房型空間較小，但以個人行程安排大多在外，還屬可接受範圍。整體來講是很不錯的住宿經驗。

Cp值高，值得推薦。

我們房間是面對河岸步道的房間...,房間很寬敞，舒適，乾淨! 民宿很貼心的:為了隔音，窗戶還做了雙層隔音窗，除了隔音好，也不影響景觀...,河岸步道的景觀超棒的! Pm3-6點check in主人很貼心的特別招待:下午茶(自製的手工甜點&飲料)，晚來可就沒了! CP值超高的民宿，值得推薦小而溫馨的民宿！

整體感覺不錯，唯一美中不足的是，有被告知「為了維護VIP客人的住宿品質，非當日住宿的客人止渴劉至晚上10點之前，10之後即須離開」。因入住時表示可能會有朋友造訪一下，當下房東表示可以，但是後來接到這簡訊，是有點錯愕就是了，感覺有種差異性對待，但我想民宿應該也是為了整體住宿品質著想吧，所以朋友九點即離開了。 順帶一提，入住時的下午茶及民宿所附早餐，很棒喔!都是老闆娘親自下廚，人也很熱情。
