The Breadalbane Arms Hotel (Room Only)

8/10 Good

"Cheap attic room. Unfortunately TV in neighbouring room boomed all night . We phoned the assistance number and the parson who answered said she would sort it out (she was off site). Nothing was done all night . We and other guests tried to get someone in room to respond by banging loudly at 4am. We assumed either dead or heavily intoxicated . We asked staff in morning and they said no one was in that room and cleaner must have left TV on. All pretty crap, no sleep and no apology . Sad that a hotel on main street in Aberfeldy is failing."

"My hotel stay this time was horrible there was not good staff were really rude. There was no wifi at all in hotel even tho it's advertised in the booking. I asked a staff member about wifi his reply was what can I do about it he then told me I could go up the hill to.a pub for wifi im a disabled women I was took a back at what he said. Also there is disabled bay that I parked in with badge but had to pay £20 for 2 nights ive stayed in This hotel a few times but it's not the same wont be back."

"The room was a little dated and we had to get the team to sort out our thermostat in the bathroom. They were super quick to fix. In room water bottles were not given and did not exist at the hotel. Breakfast was good and had a great spread for everyone. Glen activities is a must if you have children. The offroad car experience and mini golf was great for my 4 year old. The pool was good and great temperature. Overall good stay but not sure why there was no water in the rooms."

"Myself, mother and sister shared the family room which was comfortable and spacious. We felt at home straight away, which was largely down to the staff who were welcoming and friendly. They were efficient and professional while still maintaining a very helpful and personable approach. The breakfasts were very organised, offered a range of options that could be customised to suit all preferences. We had the full breakfast which was cooked to perfection, good quality and very filling. Everything was very clean and the decor was attractive. We will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you very much to all the staff who helped make our short break so enjoyable."
