"A great choice of hotel to visit Bath. Lovely, large and comfortable bedrooms, excellent decor and atmosphere and good dining. Plus a very nice spa. It's about a mile's walk into the city centre, but a very enjoyable one!"

"This was an excellent stay the night before our flight. The hotel was very clean, quiet and had amazing black out curtains which allowed us to go to bed earlier than normal. All the staff were really lovely and the breakfast at 4:30am was perfect! Dinner was perhaps the only weakness - but certainly not a disaster or anything that gave us cause to complain. It was just average in comparison to the rest of the experience."

"The car park is tight and my defender would not fit... this was not apparent until i had passed through the barrier...hotel reception guy was very helpful though. One elevator was not functioning meaning the other was very slow and often full. The hotel is used by foreign coach trippers. The buffet breakfast service was terrible really, few clean tables, find your own seat and cuttlery. Tables did not seem to be cleaned between uses. The coffee machines were not working properly either, with queues for a cuppa. Fruit juices were not refilled. The jam dispenser is not easy to use and is very messy... why not just have the little packs or jars? The same goes for the yoghurt selection."
