"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "The hotel is very comfortable, conveniently located within short 10 min walk of the U Bahn, and in a upscale walkable safe neighborhood. Service is very good. It was very busy when we visited in October, we had to wait to be seated at breakfast. They suggest „less crowded“ times, but seemed to be the same regardless. Exercise room has dumbbells, weight machine, elliptical and treadmill. All in excellent condition, but also popular. Overall, it’s a very good choice, just be prepared for the crowds. We would stay there again. "

"Everything was perfect except for the fact that we requested for a quiet room and hotel staff still allocated the room right beside the sauna and pool (it was so noisy the whole night with the door slamming every now and then). "The man at the reception desk (forgive me for not knowing his name) was very exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The spa and pool was quiet. The location would be difficult to beat. All in all I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed in an executive room, which I highly recommend as an executive lounge is available throughout the day to grab a coffee, cold drinks or nibbles. "
