Requested a ground room and the one given to us had a jacuzzi that didn’t work. Had a death in the family and had to leave a day early and would not refund us any money back.

We couldn't use the shower, there was dirt or something coming out of the spout, the room was freezing cold. Someone should have turned the heat up a little knowing we were staying there that night. Walls are thin, and we could hear someone coughing in the next room. The breakfast was bare minimum for a continental breakfast.

I had a lovely stay. Was there to attend MIHA Regionals at the fairgrounds. Only complaint was that when we went to breakfast on Saturday at 7:10 there was no syrup for the waffle I had made, but there were a few bagels and cream cheese available. No one around to ask for assistance. Room was clean, bed was good.

Place itself is nice. Looks like recently remodeled. But cleaning people don’t clean the rooms. All they do is make your bed. They don’t vacuum or clean the bathroom at all.

For the price it was ok. Room was clean. Bathroom needs renovation. Free breakfast was ok, coffee was mostly hot water. Made coffee in room with the crappy coffee/maker which was not much better (went to Starbucks). Staff was friendly. I think this place was cheapest than all.others, so expectations were not high.

The fridge was off and defrosted so the drip pan was full of water. It would be helpful if I the room was checked before our check in and the pan was emptied and the fridge was turned back on knowing we were going to check in

Good for a bargain hotel
Service was good! Property is pretty well maintained, but shows some wear+tear. Location is convenient, but across from fairgrounds, in front of an office, next to abandoned driving range, so some traffic noise.

They charged me twice for my stay. When I asked them about it they said one was just an authorization but I never had this before. It was asking both amounts out if my account leaving my account $250 less. Very frustrating.

Place needs clean up and clean remodel
Gross, glad it was for only one night. I believe the owners do the bare minimum to rent room. No smoking room smells like smoke. Previous guest hair in tub and floor.It felt unclean to shower or walk barefoot on floor. We got 1 whole hanger to share for the both of us. Front window curtain was falling off hooks too. Hotel clerk was nice though.

Room was run down and had broken trim around the door. Bathroom was disgusting. Dirty towels were hanging on the bathroom door. The wall next to the toilet appeared to have poop splattered on it. The hallways smelled strongly of curry.
