We were pleased with the staff, they were friendly and helpful and seemed genuine about making sure we were happy with our stay. It was very clean and the lawn and outside area were neat and tidy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The picture on site dont do it justice. The place is alot nicer than that and only like a stone throw away from sterns park(ludington beech and pier) the place is realy clean and staff super friendly.

Located in a very nice area. Unusual layout for rooms. Terrible odor in the rooms. But not a bad choice for the price.

Older property that is fairly well kept. Hot tub was very nice, generally clean. Towels fairy thin, bed was good. Overall it was pretty good.

Parking in the house/hotel next door is limited to a few spots on the street. Very dingy throughout the place. Room was ok, fridge was mini and frosted up, too small to put a Togo box in, freezer door not on correctly, due to frost. housekeeping put a queen sheet on the wrong way, ripping it and just leaving it like that, some rooms must live there year round. 1st time last time staying there.

Weekend getaway!
When I got there the tv would not work, they came and got it to work but it wouldn’t turn off! The remote would not turn it off or control the volume the tv was on all weekend! I had to go get coffee every day my trash wasn’t emptied and the last night I had to go get towels and toilet paper because they never cleaned my room and restocked! And the gnats because the trash was never emptied was crazy! But I love the location! If I need to get my own stuff or they are not going to clean, it should be posted somewhere! But I will be back because I do love the location!

Location was great! Very close to beach, parks, shopping & restaurants. There is a warm unfit pool & hot tub as well. Our non-smoking room had faint cigarette smoke odor, which was irritating to me (my asthma is very sensitive to smoke). The room needs some updating & a good cleaning, but wasn't terrible.

The location was perfect. The facility was poor. I dont mind outdated. But wet carpet area, damp room making clothes damp, and mold species (likely penecillium/aspergillus on the backside of dresser and inside dresser (found on second to lady day) was and is unacceptable. The place should be professionally cleaned remediated and cleared via CIH Clearance tests before serving to the public again.

Great motel!!
We had a great time! Motel was very clean, great service, and extremely quiet. Bed was very comfoetable. It was nice being able tonwalk to the beach within just a few minutes.

Motel 6 style of hotel
First entered the room it smelled moldy. The bathroom door would not shut completely. The filter for the air conditioner was dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable & there was no ice machine in the building.

Perfect 3 day get away. Close walk to Lake Michigan and downtown area. Comfortable quiet room with a microwave and mini fridge. Quiet A/C unit. Best of all great indoor pool area that you can actually use because its heated! Normally not the case.

There is no smoking allowed on the premises and we were told we would have to stand out by the street. We had chosen this place because of the ability to sit outside and smoke. We canceled our check in and went to another hotel that was happy to accommodate our needs.

I'm sorry that our no smoking on the premises was an issue for you. We unfortunately have never allowed smoking anywhere on the property as the wind blows it directly back into rooms and the laundry room. We directed you to the closest place that was not our property which was the public sidewalk. We happily canceled your reservation and apologized for the inconvenience .

I'm sorry that our ice machine didn't work. It sometimes (rarely but from time to time) shuts off on its own, and we just need to turn it back on. I hope this doesn't deter you from staying with you in the future.

Ludington road trip
Cute old school motel right across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping & sight seeing! Great customer service & a basic clean comfortable room. We would stay again!

Very pleased
Hubby and I had a wonderful 2 nights stay. We will definitely be staying there again. We got the king bed room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing the water pressure was very satisfying I love a high pressure shower. The pool and hot tub was very clean and refreshing and relaxing. Staff was very friendly. Love that it's right across from the beach as well. Ample parking. The only down fall was the ice machine was in the main building by the office they need one in the side building as well for better convenience.
