The pictures are totally fake. We payed for a room for two people, the pictures showed good space even a little table with a chair. When we arrived we could BARELY walk in the room. They lied, the room we payed for was NOT the one we slept on. Check im was extra annoying because you need to send so much personal info in the website. The train station is the only thing you see from the window and you can hear the trains from the room. Terrible experience

first staying in an online check in concept but it went smoothly and management was quick to respond and very accomodating, great Ethiopian restaurant down below.

Very easy check-in. Location was perfect. Able to park a block away. Very noisy with construction beside property early in the morning. Lots of train noisy but that wasnt too bad and calming sound. We did not see a spa which was adverised.

First of all - the hotel team denied check in stating that they couldn't find the reservation at all. And more surprisingly, Expedia team comes back stating they will not be in a position to grant refund in this instance. i dont understand how on earth one can find this just and fair. I am completely upset with the way how this case is dealt with - both by Expedia & Vision apartments

A place for hobbits...

A bunker managed from Poland. the phone number you gave is Polish. Weird when renting a place in Switzerland. 3 trainlines running under the room window. NOT mentioned before. Bathroom is so small that I had to use public toilets. Paid the top price for 12 sqm closet. Fit for dwarfs, but not for human beings. My feeling is that this organization is squeezing as much money out of every sqm.

Check in process was a major hassle. They did not make clear that the passport information needed to be sent way ahead of time in order to get the access code appropriately. Room is extremely small, even though I was quite used to the small rooms in Japan, this was a whole other level. Very hot in the summer. Would not stay again, not enjoyable. Not even close to the 7.0 rating that it has on Expedia. Stay away if you want a great time at Luzerne

Our stay at VisionApartments was horrible. Our room was right above a busy train line and due to it being so hot outside, we needed to keep the window open for airflow. It was impossible to sleep between the loud noise and heat. Check in was not clear and we had to have Expedia contact them to get an email address to get the access code. There was water provided in our fridge, however the water wasn’t sealed so had been used and refilled. Expedia tried to contact the property to cancel our second night due to how awful the conditions were to sleep and they refused. Do not stay here.

The place is not bad. But when you traveled from another country and have been awake for 24 hours and check in to find a bed with a wet feces/vomit stain and have nobody there on the premises to get you a new room or new pillows, sheets, and a blanket. Not good. I literally slept in my clothes, using a bath towel as a pillow after I took the filthy linen off the bed and flipped the mattress. They provided me with new linen the next morning and the place was small and nice. That was just an absolutely horrible first impression to make on a tired traveler just looking to have a comfortable sleep. They gave me a small care package the next day which was nice but I would have much preferred an unsoiled bed when I checked in.

Do not stay here in the hotter months- room was basically a sauna. When I reached out about the giant air unit in the room not working they responded by saying they gave us a fan. If you try and open the windows to let some air you will let bugs in that area attached to the streetlight right outside the window. Check in process also took over a half hour just to get a code for the room and you will get rudely kicked out of your room at exactly 10am the day of check out- I do not recommend this property to anyone

First and foremost, the room we were placed in had a door that didn’t lock. When we tried to leave, we tried everything to get the door to close behind us, but the door could actually be pushed open without even turning the knob. With no way to leave, we had to call and inform the staff, who told us to just wait in the room for someone to come fix it. Of course, we don’t want to waste our day sitting in their broken apartment waiting on a repair worker, so we asked to have our room changed instead, and they said they’d email us, which took almost 45 minutes while we sat in the room without any AC. We tried to crack a window, which then wouldn’t close afterwards despite our best efforts. Other notes on the general shoddiness include: All the electric sockets are on the wall crooked and in completely random position, the walls are scuffed, the bed sheets were stained and so were the towels. The shower curtain fell down in the room we were moved to. There wasn’t any kind of soap in the shower at all, so don’t expect amenities. There’s a coffee maker but no coffee or tea. And we couldn’t get a refund despite the horrible conditions! It’s also in a grungier part of Lucerne, surrounded by construction and worn down buildings, when most of Lucerne is genuinely gorgeous. I would rank it as marginally better than sleeping outside, but I wouldn’t recommend it!

Fica localizado próximo às linhas dos trens, mas o vidro tem bom isolamento acústico, não incomodou em nada. O apto é pequeno, mas a cama era confortável e o banheiro muito bom. As instruções para o self check-in foram passadas e consegui entrar sem dificuldade. Recomendo.

No hay recepción, tal como indica y el check in es a las 16:00 horas. Siempre hay gente esperando en la entrada a que les manden el código de acceso a las habitaciones. Yo les pedí unos días antes de mi estancia que me dejaran hacer el check in antes porque tenía una reunión de trabajo a las 15:00 horas y para ello solicitaron que les enviara imágenes de Identity card o pasaporte para adelantar la hora de check in. Así lo hice y eran las 14:00 horas y no había recibido el código aunque hablando por teléfono con ellos me dijeron que iban a hacer lo posible. Hay ruido de los trenes que pasan constantemente. Durante las tres noches, no limpiaron habitación ni cambiaron toallas.
