This was properly the worse customer service while travelling ever. Upon check in we realized that we had forgotten to add our one year old to the room. The staff who greeted us was not friendly, did not smile once, and sounded like she hated her job. She told us that the room we had was too small for a crib, and there were no other rooms available. We asked if we could move some stuff around the room to make room for a crib since our daughter has never shared a bed with us before, and she said no. When we arrived at our room, yes, it was small but there was definitely room for a crib if we moved the coffee table and chair aside. We asked one of the housekeeper who happened to be cleaning on our floor and she was so so friendly and immediately got us a crib. It’s disappointing that the girl who helped us with our check in was unhelpful, had no empathy, and really just seemed to not care or want to help. If you hate your job, please find a different one.
