"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"

"I booked the hotel for English friends visiting Kiev, on the basis that less money on rooms is more money for vodka. I was staggered at the high standard of the rooms for the price paid. Comfy beds, en suite shower, kettle and fridge in the room and close proximity to the metro. Outstanding!"

"For some reason ot took long to check-in, but thats not my complaint. Disappointed that I couldn't connect my computer or usb device to the television. Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. To make matters worse, the television offered netflix, but it was impossible to change to language to english and even worse english subtitles were not available. "New apartment have not been many before us but not ok cleaned after it was build .. Then they come and did normal cleaning and it was bad so we clean self . Then we rented this place because we wanted to make dinner not eat out all time . BUT how shall we make any dinner when it's no things in apartment for it ... One knife was all and that one was so bad that you could not cut a tomato with it "

"Everything was ok, but there was some misinformation on check-in regarding balcony access. Also, there seems to be payment issues for foreigners (which I have not experienced elsewhere)... Other than that, all was ok. I'd say again if the need arises."
