Great stay in Lublin

Loved this hotel!! Excellent food at the restaurant. Short walk to the Old Town. Concentration camp a short drive away. Staff at front desk and in restaurant exceptional. Highly recommend.

Nice small hotel just minutes away from the old town. The room was very specious, uber clean and had a very comfy bed. Sound proofing was excellent as well as it was so quiet it felt like we were the only people in the hotel. You definitely get value for money. Would highly recommend it.

The eggs were runny - and the breakfast was not hot - the chafing dishes were not plugged in or used to their advantage so the food got cold. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just get someone to get those chafing dishes HEATING the food.

Breakfast was very good, plentiful with a good variety to choose from. The rooms were nicely appointed, beds were comfortable Parking garage was very tight and difficult to navigate but we found street and hotel parking that served our purpose.

Poziom czystości nie do zaakceptowania

Obsługa recepcji bez zarzutu. Obsługa śniadań wymaga szkolenia… Czystość pokoju (zwłaszcza łazienki) pozostawia wiele do życzenia biorąc pod uwagę standard i cenę za pokój. Konkretnie brudna ściana i lustro w łazience, przytkany odpływ prysznica, wykładzina w pokoju z naniesionym brudem. Wyglądało to tak jak by pokój nie został posprzątany po poprzednim gościu a jedynie wymieniono ręczniki i pościel… Taki stan nie powinien być akceptowany w tej klasie obiektu. Ja już więcej nie wrócę- wybiorę inny hotel.

Premium to raczej z nazwy i ceny...

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, w centrum miasta, blisko atrakcji turystycznych i galerii handlowej. Pokoje ładne, przestronne, czyste. Obsługa niestety delikatnie mówiąc lekko zagubiona, ale to chyba przypadłość wszystkich hoteli tej sieci. Śniadanie premium tylko z ceny (50 zł) - wybór na śniadaniu podstawowy. Ibis Budget niewiele odbiega w ilości opcji do wyboru.

Langhelg i lublin

Stort sett bra hotell,med fin beliggenhet i forhold til besøk i gamlebyen,hyggelig personale,store rom med vindruer til gulvet,stort fint bad. Det som dro litt ned var flekker i fuger på bad,rød brune striper i bunn av dusjkabinett og noe tørket på veggen ved siden av senga.. Men totalt sett ein bra opplevelse
