Great for a stop over
Very friendly staff, plenty of parking even for a big van. Bed comfortable, the room had everything I needed. I would stop here again when I'm in the area.

Lovely friendly front desk staff, fresh really delicious bufffet breakfast, and spotless very well maintained rooms. Highly recommended.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Everyone we met spoke English. The room was clean and there was nothing wrong with it. Only issue is that the WiFi does not work in the rooms, only in the public areas of the hotel. Other than that, we had no complaints. No frills hotel with the necessities.

A pleasant base for visiting Lubeck.
Pleasant staff, a short walk into the town, reasonable room, no nasty surprises. We'd certainly stay again.

Excellent! Great value.
Everything about the hotel was excellent, especially given the price. The staff, especially the reception lady, were very friendly and the welcome was warm. The room was modern and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel in general was well appointed too. If I'd have booked this hotel as a 4 star I would not have any complaints. In fact ive stayed in far worse 4 star hotels. I genuinely sat at breakfast thinking 'how can they deliver such good standards for this price'. Highly recommended

Lubeck value
Staff was exceptionally helpful. Rooms have AC and that is a plus in the summer! Note that they expect payment at check-in. With breakfast included this was good value compared to other hotels we stayed at. It is a little distant from town center - but close to a bus route. Also, if you have a car then parking in the open lot is free (another plus), whereas underground garage is an extra cost. I would stay there again.

Cheap hotel with basement rooms
We were pointed to a room in the basement. The basement corridor was full of smoke smell and of course dark. The room was however not smelling smoke. There was no internet in the room only in the lobby. There were 3 beds of which 2 were made for sleeping. The beds were fine. The breakfast was in addition to the room charge. Green boiled eggs. However we loved Lubeck. So we will have to go back, but to another hotel.

Okay for an overnight stay
We were put in the annexe building which is located some 20 metres from the main hotel building. This was somewhat awkward, especially as we had a fair bit of luggage to be transported into the room, as you have to go through two locked doors on your way to your room. The location of the hotel is very good though and the city centre is only about 25 minutes walk away.

Yes we have internet but not in your room!
I booked my stay at this hotel for a weeks business trip to Luebeck due to my usual hotel not being available in the height of summer season. For my business I needed internet connection in my room and was led to believe by Expedia's description that this would be available in room but would incur on surcharge on use - I was happy to book of this basis. However on arrival at the hotel I enquired about the internet set-up procedure and was told that this was not available in my room and that they could not change me to another room with internet. The reason for the lack of internet coverage in some rooms is that the hotel has an "extension of rooms" sited in a separate building some 100 metres up the road from the main building. I complained and the hotel advised me that they had received other complaints of services not being available due to misleading descriptions on booking websites. I stayed in the hotel for 2 days until I could find an alternative. After the disappointment at check-in and the small trek to the separate building (past boat showroad, pizza shop) I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room, albeit a little on the small size. When booking I would recommend that you check that your room will be in the main building - as the internet is only available there, breakfast is served there, the hotel reception is only manned in the main building and the rooms do not have phones so it is a short trek to ask about anything.

Rimelig, men man får hva man betaler for..
Normal standard. Sengene hang ikke sammen, ikke vask av rommet og en dårlig frokost, som var alt for dyr!! Pluss for betjeningen, som var imøtekommende og hjelpsom, og som dessuten snakket svensk.
