I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! This is a new hotel - the staff was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy. The room was very clean (no carpet other than a small one in front of the bed) with a perfect shower! The room has a small fridge and an electric water kettle. The hotel is right between the train station and the bus terminal and a ~ 20 minute walk away from the old city. It is ideal when using public transportation. There is a public parking garage across from the hotel ($ 12 per day, no in-and-out privileges) however, paying with my credit card did not work and the machine does not take cash. There is a large open parking lot within a 5-10 minutes walk ($ 5 per day). There are several options to get some food / snacks: The hotel offers breakfast, some dinner options, and a bar. The mini market in the train station is open until 10 pm and there are a few other options to get food.

Die Option gg Gutschein auf Reinigung zu verzichten, funktioniert offenbar nicht. Beim Automaten Check in so angeklickt, hatten die Reinigungskräfte die Info nicht. Gutschein gabs auch keinen (ist mir nicht wichtig) aber ich möchte mich drauf verlassen können dass niemand ins Zimmer kommt)außer ggfs. zum Gutschein ablegen). Wenn die Option angeboten wird muss sie so da sein 😉

Das Frühstücksbuffet geringer Standart aber für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Die Auswahl des Angebots hält sich sehr in Grenzen. Am Abend und in der Nacht ist es im Umfeld sehr laut. Mit offenen Fenster schlafen ist nicht.

Godt hotel med god beliggenhed nær banegården, og kun ca. 15 - 20 minutters gang til den gamle bydel. God morgenmad. Godt stort lyst værelse med gode bad og toiletforhold. Et minus var sengen var for hård og puden ikke til at sove med, alt for stor. Pris og kvalitet hænger fint sammen på dette hotel. Kommer gerne igen.

Sehr geehrtes Team des IntercityHotel Lübeck, Ich möchte meine aufrichtige Dankbarkeit für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen. Die modernen und neu gestalteten Räumlichkeiten, gepaart mit der ausgezeichneten zentralen Lage, machten meinen Besuch in Lübeck äußerst angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die exzellenten Verbindungsmöglichkeiten an Nah- und Fernverkehr, die es mir ermöglichten, mühelos die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu erkunden. Ihr äußerst kompetentes, nettes, zuvorkommendes und engagiertes Personal trug maßgeblich dazu bei, dass ich mich während meines Aufenthalts rundum wohl fühlte. Die Zimmer waren nicht nur äußerst gemütlich, sondern auch mit modernster Elektronik ausgestattet, was meinen Komfort noch weiter steigerte. Die Sauberkeit des gesamten Hotels, einschließlich der Zimmer, verdient höchstes Lob. Ich kann das IntercityHotel Lübeck uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen, der einen Besuch in Lübeck plant. Ich persönlich freue mich bereits darauf, bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder Ihre Gastfreundschaft in Anspruch zu nehmen. Abschließend möchte ich eine kleine Anregung geben: Während meines Aufenthalts hätte ich mich über eine Auswahl an Speisen zum Rührei, insbesondere Bacon, gefreut. Julemarked
Personalet var meget hjælpsomme. Både reception og personalet ved morgenbuffet. Hotellet er helt nyt, det mærkes jo ikke kun ved bygningen men også f.eks. Senge og badeværelse. Alt omkring morgenbuffet var gennemtænkt så der var mindst mulig spild af plastik m.m Super beliggenhed lige ved banegård og busstation, og for os med bil lige ved nem tilgængelig parkeringskælder. Værelset var så lydisoleret, at vi hørte absolut intet af trafikken udenfor! Imponerende! Der var 10 minutters gang til julemarkedet, hvor man undervejs kommer forbi das Tor. Vi vælger også dette hotel næste år til jul.

Rent och fräscht hotell väldigt nära buss- och järnvägsstationen. Vi parkerade i p-hus rakt över gatan. Tar 10 minuter att promenera till gamla stan. Rimligt pris.

Vi havde valgt at besøge Lübeck den sidste weekend inden jul for at besøge julemarkedet mv.. Det var der tusindvis af andre der også havde. Fint hotel - god by - bare ikke at besøge op til jul - ALT var booket og optaget i restauranter mv.

Das Hotel wurde an dem Wochenende neu neu eröffnet und war folglich in einem Top-Zustand. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service war sehr angenehm und freundlich. An dem Wochenende Anfang Dezember funktionierte die Heizung noch nicht richtig, es war also zu warm. Es wurde aber daran gearbeitet, von daher gibt es dafür keinen Stern Abzug.

Ein nagelneues Haus zwischen Haupt- & Busbahnhof, wovon man bei geschlossenem Fenster (zumindest in Zimmer 213 mit Sicht auf die Busse) nichts hört. Kein Parkhaus, aber es befinden sich 4 nicht reservierbare Stellplätze vorm Haus. Einige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es große Parkplätze (Tagessatz 6€) Die City ist auch fußläufig Richtung Lübecker Tor erreichbar. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, da es uns mit 20€/Person zu teuer ist. Mehr als essen kann man nicht. Am großen Kreisel gibt es die Feinbäckerei Schüler, wo man zu zweit für unter 20€ gut satt wird. Zurück zum Hotel: Am Empfang wird man freundlich begrüßt und erhält die nötigen Infos. Die ausgehändigten Checkkarten dienen zum Öffnen der Zimmer, aber auch zur Freigabe des Fahrstuhls, wenn man auf die Etage fährt. Unser Zimmer (Business) hatte ein Bett mit einer durchgehenden Matratze, was nicht empfehlenswert ist, wenn einer der beiden einen unruhigen Schlaf hat. Die Bettdecken waren recht warm und schwerer, als gewohnt. Die Kissen (pro Person 1x 40x80cm) haben uns Nackenschmerzen beschert. Ein zweites Kissen anderen Typs wäre hier nicht schlecht. Die Matratze selbst war bequem. Die restliche Ausstattung des Zimmers mit großem TV, Kühlschrank, Safe, Ablagen und Vorhängen zum Abdunkeln des Raums war in Ordnung. Ebenfalls das hell beleuchtbare Bad mit der geräumigen Dusche, ordentlich Wasserdruck und guter Absaugung. Alles in allem können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nemt og ligetil med alt på flot niveau.
Dejligt velfungerende hotel, hvilket er ret imponerende da det åbnede for kun én uge siden. Venligst og service minded personale, dejlige rolige værelser og en indbydende lobby hvor vi slappede af efter vores byturen. Hotellet ligger i umiddelbar gåafstand til såvel den gamle bymidte som til banegården og et parkeringshus.

Super god beliggenhed tæt på Altstadt (10-15 min gåafstand). P-kælder lige om hjørnet. Hotellet er helt nyt og i flot stand. Super fin morgenmadsbuffet. God og venlig service. Der vil jeg gerne komme igen.
