The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean, but it was a dated location. The rooms were upgraded and clean, but the doors felt flimsy and not quite secure because they were old. The same for the restrooms, they were old and a very tight squeeze.

The Quality Inn of Plainview was a very comfortable place to stay on our journey across Texas!! It was quieter than expected since it is near a thoroughfare. I heard no traffic noise through the night!! The shower was hot and the towels were soft, a delightful combination. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable!!

Older woman who set up a great breakfast room, in years past, never came in. Microwave smoked and sparked. Improper outlets for microwave and fridge. Use one, or the other, only.
