Great property and friendly helpful staff, and welcomed our pets as well - our family was very comfy here and we enjoyed our stay! We will be back next time we’re in Lubbock. Location was nothing to write home about but felt safe and was well maintained.

Very noticeable dirty ring around the tub as well as what looked to be some kind of brown in the tub. The bathroom had a very strong odor like a perm, it was nauseating it smelled like an old school hair salon, very strange. Under the bathroom sink there were stains on the tile and dust around the area that the tile meets the wall. I liked the hotel but will not stay there again because of the cleanliness in the bathroom and the strong chemical smell/perm smell.
