We were so impressed with this hotel and looking forward to staying again in the future. The courtyard of the property was my favorite thing. The atmosphere was just beautiful with multiple fire pits blazing and small groups of people socializing around. I was there with my 8 year old son and he loved all the yard games. There is a restaurant/bar which was very convenient. When we went back to the room there was no noise from outside, the bed was super inviting and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend, wish we had found this place sooner for past visits to my daughter who attends Texas Tech. FIVE STARS

Lovely room overlooking the giant courtyard with swimming pool and lots of chairs grouped around outdoor games. We enjoyed our respite there on a long road trip. Gave us a shot in the arm to be ready for another long day of driving.

This is such a great place to just hang out with friends and family. Live music on the weekends. Fireplaces and pits. Plenty of spots to sit and chat. Staff is wonderful - especially Ray. Rooms are really nice.

The property was amazing. There is slightly limited parking on weekends but there is always somewhere to park. The lobby staff was so nice and the grounds were beautiful. Lots of construction going on in the area so there isn't much going on but it didn't affect noise levels.

Liked the layout of the property. The amenities were great. I was offered and paid for an upgrade to a premium room and I am not sure that is what I stayed in. I was on ground floor next to volleyball net. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

Yes, you originally had an indoor room (in our main building) but with the upgrade you booked a deluxe king room. All of our deluxe rooms are facing the courtyard and as you noted we have a lot of yard games including badminton, corn hole, frisbee and others. Great place and price. Staff is phenomenal. My only negative feedback is that the bathrooms are a bit small and need more privacy

My room was fun and had lots of comfortable elements however the road noise (on the 3rd floor) was quite substantial-I believe that there was mention of ear plugs being available and I should have used them. The staff are wonderful.
