My stay was wonderful. I was driving from northwestern New Mexico to southeastern Texas with my kitty - a long drive - and spent the night about half way. The room was beautiful and comfortable, but the thing that impressed me the most was the helpfulness and hospitality of the staff. The young man who checked me in was so nice. This morning, I took my bag down to my car. When I returned to my room, I could not find my cat. I looked everywhere and called for him, but he didn’t answer. Finally, I went to the front desk. DeMonica was on duty and she was so kind and helpful. She knew immediately what had happened and helped me find my cat. She really went above and beyond to be of service. I can’t tell you how much her kindness and helpfulness were appreciated. You have a great staff - especially DeMonica.

This was the worst property I’ve ever stayed. The hotel has a terrible smell the moment you walk into the lobby. The evening front desk staff was not available so I had to call the hotel front desk in order for someone to come out and give me some towels. Toiletries and towels are limited in the rooms. There was hair in the bathtub and someone left a soft drink cup on the floor by the bed. Maybe a worker took a nap on the bed before we got there.

You have to put your garbage outside the door daily. We left room and returned to the TV blaring and hair band on sink, not ours. Hair on pillows. Staff were pleasant.

When I walked into my room it was dirty and there was no toilet paper I left and booked at another Hotel. The trash cans outside were full I was not at all comfortable with the place.

Air conditioner was broken in room and Tv did not work. They would not give us another room or send anyone to fix the problem. It was at least 80 degrees in the room. Too hot to sleep much. They ran out of eggs at breakfast and did not have the juice machine going. Just not a good experience.

When I first arrived tv did not work. The guy running the desk was also the maintenance guy. He was very busy but came as fast as he could. He tried everything he could the tv was just out. Then later on we could not shower because the drain was backed up. This was just a bad room 210 was the room number. I hope they fix the issues because it would be nice to stay otherwise.

Staff was very friendly. I’ve stayed here before years ago and It was good. But our room was dirty, walls have stuff on them and the headboard. The rubber baseboard in the bathroom was away from the wall. Definitely needs some maintenance.

Pros: sheets & towels appeared clean; staff was nice, bed wasn’t terrible (no springs in my back or sagging in the mattress), felt safe Cons: Old & run down-room has paint touched up in wrong color, back of bathroom door was busted, sink did not have hot water unless the shower was running at the same time. Major con: Noise. The design of the building means that no matter what floor you’re on, you hear every.single.word said in the lobby or in the open hallways on the other floors. I think they’d have to tear down the building and start again to resolve this noise issue. Also, it’s right on the highway so lots of highway noise at night too. Bring earplugs to sleep in.

My daughter and I started itching the same night and noticed bumps. When we lifted the mattress, there was a flea/bedbug/ or tic. Not sure what it was. Went downstairs to explain to the front desk. He offered a different room. We moved our belonging yo a different room since it was 11pm , the mattress and comforters of both beds had stains on them. Went downstairs to explain, he says he couldn’t refund any money. Took my belongings with my daughter and booked a different place. Called Expedia and they got refund for one night.

Very clean and quiet. Lots of breakfast options. There was random junkies walking around lobby and then later strolling the parking lot we could see from our room. Didn’t bother anyone personally but we had children. We also didn’t have trash bags in the room and were told they didn’t have any so we were given a large cleaning bag to keep in the room.

There was definitely a pet kept in the bathroom as there were bite marks and animal hair on walls, the floor, and surrounding areas in the bathroom.
