Helpful and serviceminded staff. Quaint and very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful garden surroundings.

The hotel is very peaceful, fully equiped, staff are execellent and attentive from the moment you step into our hotel transfer till the moment we left for our home. We had a wonderful 4 night stay, breakfast was fantastic with multiply choices. We were taught on how to play a game called petanque, we throughly enjoyed the competition with the Hotels staff. We left with fond memories.

Awesome place to stay, we highly recommend, you can walk to the market and main street, lovely staff, great breakfast, room really clean and you have any amenity you need

Welcomed to the hotel with juice, warm towel and an even warmer welcome. Check in was fast and efficient. I loved the complementary water was in glass bottles and breakfast was cooked fresh to order instead of buffet style. The ingredients were good quality too. The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing, I would stay here again. One thing to note is that due to steps and gravel paths this may not be ideal for people with mobility problems.

Lovely hotel with a good river view breakfast and best showers in Asia)). While another 200-300$ hotels in town have got just a very few guests in Feb 2020, this place is quite busy on a good way. Recommended.

UNESCO renovated and protected building. Very typical and beautiful. On slight issue, which was not an issue, as the building is very old the sound proofing was not of modern standard. Staff excellent and attentive. Location and settling in PB could not be better with the ALMs passing right past every morning at 6am. A Most Stay!

Lovely staff. Beautiful room and good food in the restaurant. Very close to many sites and bikes for exploring further. They also offer a lift in a golf cart to nearby restaurants.

Very good experience but for the quality of the hotel it has a very poor gym - needs more and better equipment.

Very calm and peaceful oasis a few minutes from the centre of LP. Great pool for swimming and comfy sunbeds. Good breakfast and great rooms with super comfy beds. Lovely staff and shuttle service on request

Friendly helpful staff Great pool, not many sunbeds. Great food and tasting menu Nice treats on turn down service. Only issue is pool is open to anyone on low occupancy, which may lead to residence not getting a sunbed. Need to review policy.

Thatsaphone greeted us well, friendly check in staff Our room was on the first floor with an external private entrance, the room was spacious and clean, there was some water for us on arrival which was replaced each day. Towels were clean and also replaced each day. The bed was standard, good size, clean sheets etc. the aircon in the room worked very well and cooled us down. We had a shared patio outside our room which was spacious and quiet, a nice place to unwind after a day exploring. The...

This hotel is beautiful, almost like a resort in Luang Prabang. Not far from the peninsula, 10 mins walk to the night market and the main street. The road is rather dark to get there, but really safe. The hotel has a gym and spa and nice little pool. Buffet breakfast is decent, but repetitive if you stay long. I really loved my stay there.

Clean and efficient staff
