"This was our first time staying at Kasa. It was a combination of hotel and air b&b. The rooms were ok, but not lovely. They did have a comfortable bed and good air conditioning, but in our room the curtains were hung poorly and there was mold in the shower. The resort itself is in a wonderful location and the beach is amazing. The breakfast was good and the price is very reasonable. I believe it would be better if they gave the guests some cleaning products since they do not clean the room and we were there for 6 nights. You can get clean towels, but they only give a small amount at the end of the day. Since the price is so reasonable for Florida, it is a great place to stay. Even though the accommodations are just adequate, the location, beach and patio are amazing."

"Parking was very safe, room was clean and bed super comfortable. Also it was very quiet at night time and allowed me to get some good sleep. Breakfast with hot and cold drinks plus bagels and some fresh fruit was a plus!"
