"We booked 3 nights and canceled 2 of them. We arrived late for our first night, the room had a terrible stale smell that we couldn't shake. Then we uncovered the bed and got in and discovered an insect or bug of some sort crawling in the sheets. We went down to the front desk and showed them pictures ..."
