"Clean basic motel room at a very reasonable price. Very close to Mesa Verde NP. Convenient parking right in front of room. Overall very quiet room and location. Internet was blazing fast. Only downside was the smell of hydrogen sulfide from the tap during our entire stay there. Tinted the water light yellow. Mentioned to front office and was told there was water main break. Said no one else reported a problem. However it was unpleasant nevertheless and hopefully gets resolved soon."

"Was a quiet area and very helpful friendly staff. We had a good time in the casino and was able to play for a good while with our budget. We were surprised to find out there is no alcohol allowed. This is a dry reservation. Not a deal breaker for us but we were looking forward to a cold adult beverage after a long day of travel."

"Both of our rooms smelled of marijuana. One of the rooms AC did not work. There was people partying and drinking outside playing loud music. We ended up giving up our rooms and moving to a different Hotel the place is pretty trashy not a good place to relax. Would not recommend this place"
