The resort needs to be updated. The bathrooms were dated and one tiny shelf in the shower for toiletries. Housecleaning was horrible. Everytime they cleaned, they left an empty toilet paper roll and no extra rolls. One day they left no shower gel. And we ordered an extra blanket and pillows our first day and it took 3 calls and 10 hours to get them! They don’t answer the front desk phone and instead have an automated service or they text you. The prices for drinks at pool are $20 for any drink! Ridiculous. And crappy pool towels and cushions on lounge chairs. And their market only had tiny bottles of water for $3. We went to the gym to fill our water bottles. The restaurants are good, especially Tidal. Definitely not worth more than $250/night place. The bellmen are great.

The rooms were full of dust , smelled the urine and the bedding / pillows smelled . I had to put towels on the beds . my son and husband didn' t even sleep in the room they went and slept on our boat .

"Amazing place to stay.The only thing is that it is really hard to carry our stuff to our hut/tent. Cars should be allowed drop off luggage to the tents. I can't imagine older people staying here, OR atleast offer golf carts to bring stuff to the tents. Other than that, me enjoyed our stay and loved ..."

"I stayed at Calistoga Motorlodge years ago before they did their renovations. The improvements are fantastic. Having an adults only pool is key, besides having very good food choices with the restaurant and bar. And downtown is a short walk or bike ride, which can be borrowed from the Motorlodge. ..."
