Everything was great, except the swimming pool. Indoor swimming pool water was freezing and just standing still, no jets working on it and didn’t smell like it had any cholorine in it.

I didn’t realize Expedia was showing me hotels not in my city. I had a lot going on with a medical emergency in the family and needed a place to stay for the night. I booked the room, 15 mins later realized it was in a city 30 mins away. I called the hotel and she said she had to speak to a manager in order to cancel my reservation with a refund. Expedia didn’t refund my money either. Look out for a bait and switch with the cities. Sad they didn’t understand the situation and give a refund, but I guess being a tiny city they need to keep money from guests who didn’t even stay in the room.

Accidently booked the wrong location, both hotels on the same Hwy. Called immediately and they would not change the location. Asked to cancel then so I could rebook and they stated it was non-refundable. Explained it had just been minutes from booking and reservation was not until next day, they don't loose anything and they would not do it. Their website even states free cancellation up to your stay. Ridiculous just money hungry.

This is in our home town. We've had water problems and it's been a godsend to stay here. Breakfast is wonderful, will say bacon day is our favorite. But either way it's awesome to take a hot shower!!!

This hotel does not clean rooms daily unless you staying over 3 days. The carpets are old. Common areas flooring is unkept, dirty and looking so old. Elevator always has some trash in it.

This is the best hotel in town and it’s kinda new hotel, I stayed in this hotel few years ago and it was a really nice hotel, totally different experience this time, really low maintenance and maybe bad management, the carpet in the room was really dirty and wore out, not very clean sheets on the beds and few broken things in the bathroom, it has an indoor pool but the water was super cold. Breakfast was ok and the employees were nice and friendly.

Great stay!
I stayed here to visit family for a few days. The room was quiet and clean for the most part. The only issue I had was there was some hair on the bed cover in a few places. I didnt complain and dealt with it but everything else was perfect. The king bed was thick and pretty firm which is what I love in a mattress. I requested a room away from elevaters and entrances and was thoroughly accomodated in that! My stay was quiet and comfortable. I will stay here again!

The room and ac smelled like urine. The adjoining door on my side would not lock so i slept with a table against it. The rpom.and bathroom need a deep clean. Maybe use some bleach in the bathroom. The staff was great but this room was not worth what i paid for it

The air conditioning unit needs to be replaced. It was loud and sounded like it was about to break. You can’t read the numbers for the setting of the control device on the wall. The refrigerator didn’t get very cold. Even adjusting the controls didn’t help. The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I drove 10 hours to get there and when I arrived they told me that they gave my room away. I didn’t receive any phone call or message. I had to spend an hour looking for another hotel and I finally found one an hour away. Very disappointed. I will not ever book there again nor will I recommend it.
