Lovely Bay Settlement Trip

Room was clean with housekeeping daily. Free water, tea and coffee in the room but stocking those items daily was inconsistent. Sometimes no coffee, sometimes no cups for coffee. Room phone did not work so we usually had to find someone working down the hall for supplies. Difficult getting a lounge or umbrella by the pool until we got there for 7:30am. Staff in all areas of the hotel are outstanding! Prices in the hotel restaurants were super expensive, and local restaurants close around 4:00 when the cruise ships leave. McDonald’s is open late, also sushi. Smugglers is great for Breakfast and lunch and Oku sushi, both across the street. Beautiful weather, and restful around the pool and beach. Meals were the only real issue.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The fall back was in management. The espresso machine was out for our full 7 day stay so no decent coffee. The entertainment was ridiculous. We did try it out but left within the first 15 minutes. I would not book this place again!

Room was spotless, service was great. The whole vibe is very relaxing. Oia was delicious. Likely the most enjoyable meals we had during our stay and we ate 3 nights off the property. Will be back!

Place was nice restaurants and restaurant staff great Facilities have chronic shortage of pool chairs - not what you expect from a five star resort Hotel staff ok -try phoning front desk at anytime and virtually impossible to get through Check In Wait ridiculous - exec team needs to go to any 5 star resort in Dubai to compare service - another level

The resort is beautiful, with clean rooms, plenty of activities for everyone in the family.
